Email Signature


 

Displaying university logos prominently in email signatures is encouraged. Members of the UNCG family — faculty, staff and students — are welcome to use the signatures below.

HOW TO ADD YOUR PREFERRED SIGNATURE

On a computer (not mobile device), highlight/select a signature block from below (including the logo image), right-click, and copy

Sign into your UNCG Gmail account

At the top right of the screen, click the gear/settings icon

Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down to the “Signature” section, right-click in the box, and paste

Change the information to use your name/details as necessary.

At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

Reply or compose a new email and you should see your new signature
