You may have noticed that Dining Services has some new offerings. Among them:
New to the Elliott University Center is Spartan’s Place, located on the lower level of the building. This new addition houses Jamba Juice , for blended smoothies and blended hot drinks; Subway, featuring their $5 footlongs; and Wild Greens, a fresh salad concept offering variety and freedom to choose your ingredients.

Sept. 22 – Jamba Juice Grand Opening, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Oct. 13 – Wild Green’s Grand Opening, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Also new this fall in the Elliott University Center’s upper level food court is Salsarita’s, answering the call for fresh Tex Mex. UNCG Dining Services has also expanded the Chick-fil-A, offering more salad options and the new spicy chicken sandwich. Salsarita’s and Chick-fil-A will join the other dining options there, such as Chef Yan Can Cook Asian, Coyote Jack’s Grill, Olo Sushi, and Papa John’s.
Bryan School of Business and Economics Building
The Bryan Food Court, located in the lower level of the building, now has an Au Bon Pain. It is known for its artisan breads, pastries, soups, and sandwiches and other entrées.
Oct. 5 – Au Bon Pain Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting, 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
New Off-Campus Flex Partners
This year UNCG will have two new options to utilize their Flex. MiMi Kitchen, 288-8480, offers fresh sushi and hibachi items delivered to your door. Ghassan’s, known for their subs, sandwiches and Mediterranean food, 294-4060, is another delivery option available for those wanting to use their Flex. Papa John’s, 854-3131, will serve up pizzas for campus delivery as well. This is great for faculty and staff members with Spartan Express Flex who want delivery to their office.
