Bhadury named to Maritime Strategy Advisory Council
Dr. Joyendu “Joy” Bhadury, associate dean for graduate studies and research in the Bryan School, has been named to the N.C. Maritime Strategy Advisory Council.
The advisory team is tasked with studying the impact of changes in commercial maritime industry in the state, especially as it relates to the pending expansion of the Panama Canal.
Bhadury specializes in operations, logistics and supply chain management and operations research applications. He has taught extensively at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the United States and Canada. In addition, he has provided his professional services to over 15 public and private organizations, including FedEx and the Buffalo Police Department.
