News 14, WGHP update viewers on Spartan Village construction
UNCG began demolition for the first phase of Spartan Village, the mixed-use village along the West Lee Street Corridor, Jan. 25. Several media outlets covered this next phase of the campus expansion, including News 14 and WGHP Fox 8.
The first phase, which will include an 800-bed residence hall and mixed-use spaces that will be used for offices and retail, is slated to be complete in time for the start of the 2013-14 academic year.
